General Purpose of Contract:
Replace the cost of a lost Magic Pickaxe (ID# KJJRM91F)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Set up paychest at MN -1246 63 2545 for 10 payments of 1million ECD Each

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Hippe_Matthijs To pay 10,000,000 ECD at paychest at MN -1246 63 2545 by 4/4/2021 1159pm
  
• Minimum payments of 1million ECD are due every Thursday by 1159pm with the first payment due on 2/25/2021.
• Payments due as follows:

2/25/2021 - 1mil
3/4/2021 - 1mil
3/11/2021 - 1mil
3/18/2021 - 1mil
3/25/2021 - 1 mil
4/1/2021 - 1 mil

• @Hippe_Matthijs will make 4 additional payments of 1million ecd are due any time within the loan period, as long as they are paid before 4/4/2021.
• If any payment is late, a 100k Late fee is due prior to the next payment. If the late fee and payment are not paid by the next due date, @UBeagle will file a complaint.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I, @UBeagle agree.
