So I bought a house in a cool town. It has a huge farm, so I won't be needing my perms to a farm anymore. I bought perms for the other farm, and what I"m wondering is, is there a way I can resell those perms? I'm not the owner of the town so for me it isn't possible to add people. So is there a way to resell my perms to get a bit of money out of it or do I just have to keep em?
It would depend on what your mayor thinks. They have the final say in their own towns, as long as it doesn't violate any ECC rules. I would talk to them about it and see if they're willing to refund you part of your payment in exchange for being able to sell your plot again. In my opinion, I would let you do that, provided I need the space, or that whatever you have built on it adds value to the town/plot in some way. Just have a chat with them and see if you two can work something out ^^
Some mayors don't refund plot purchases. But, if you negotiate, you may be able to make some if your money back.
