After trying to clear out some inactive members from some of our towns, I have encountered an obstacle while trying to remove them from the town region registry. This problem seems to stick only to certain names. Example. Region: SouthSlobville User: samuelsmoshfan77 Command:/rg removemember southslobville samuelsmoshfan77 Result: Failed to remove members: Unable to resolve the names samuelsmoshfan77 Same results for user: InsidiousStalker Region: Slobville Same results for user: Chase538 We have obviously not tried all the names. Currently, no other names in need of removal have returned in error as demonstrated above. I would appreciate clarification of the error in hand so further encounters can be dealt with swiftly and if possible, without a bug report. Is there an alternative methoed to remove members from a towns registry? Thank you in advance!
It means the user has changed their name. Use http://www.lb-stuff.com/Minecraft-Name-History to find their new name or ask a GA for help with removing the member.
Thanks for your reply. I already asked a GA about this issue and I was told to file a bug report. I tried to remove their new name and it seems to have work and removed the "original" name from the towns registry. Thanks again.
