2. Be respectful to all members of the community no matter what rank.
3. No farms inside your plot that are visible from the outside!
4. No all wood or dirt shacks! Block limit is 25 high!
5. Always replant farms! They're there for a reason!
6. Explain to me any troubles you have!
7. No grief!
8. If you are offline for more then 14 days you will face eviction!

My background in towns!
I consider myself pretty experienced with helping towns out. For example I was a Co-Mayor of a town called Awesomeburg, the town was a bit old and inactive, I helped get it back to life with a thriving community. Thats what I plan to start here.
