General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of farmscity(town ) between @Glimpseseer (Current Owner) and @The_Dead_Lotus (Future Owner).

I @Glimpseseer agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

For the total sum of $24,800ECD the town "farmscity" will be sold to @The_Dead_Lotus provided the following terms are met and agreed upon:

• 1) An initial down-payment of $4,800 ECD will be received by @Glimpseseer within 24hours of contract approval and,
• 2) Upon receipt of the $4,800 ECD, @The_Dead_Lotus will receive "Co-Ownership" of farmscity until the remaining $20,000 ECD is paid to @Glimpseseer by method of sign payments at ~X: -9149 Y: 66 Z: -4826 by the specified date of March 22, 2016. In effect giving @The_Dead_Lotus 1 month to complete payment.
• 3) If full payment has not been received by above specified date, farmscity will be relinquished back to full ownership of @Glimpseseer who will retain the inital $4,800 ECD down-payment.
• 4) If full payment is received by mentioned date, @Glimpseseer will give full ownership of farmscity to @The_Dead_Lotus within 24 hours of payment receipt.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1) Pay an initial $4,800 Downpayment
2) Pay a remaining $20,000 Over the course of 1 month as stated above.
3) Relinquish the downpayment and the town back to @Glimpseseer should the full payment not be received by the due date of March 22, 2016 @ 5PM EST.
4) Obtain full ownership of town after full payment to @Glimpseseer within 24 hours of payment receipt of 20k.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
