@cike25 will provide @BenP2217 a Farmer Shirt T4 (#MH3LMM0A), Farmer Pants T4 (#MBBNC98C), and Biome Scientist Pants T4 (#MBBNCK6L) within 24 hours of contract approval.
@BenP2217 will pay @cike25 1m ECD per week for 20 weeks.
@cike25 will transfer the /own to @BenP2217 within 24 hours of completion of all payments.

All payments will be due by 11:59 PM EST (Server time) and will be made via chestshop at /warp haze (3729 85 6435 on main). @BenP2217 reserves the right to make payments earlier if desired. There will be no late fees. If a payment is over 7 days late, @cike25 reserves the right to file a complaint.
