Terms of the contract:
1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L1 Magic Rod (#LEXW2QDI) for $9,000,000 ECD.

2. @DopeIsotope is responsible for paying 17 weekly payments of $500,000 ECD at /warp debt. A $500,000 down payment has already been paid.

@IshanDJB is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @DopeIsotope upon approval of the contract.

3. Late fees will be as follows. Every 24 hours the payment is late, @DopeIsotope will owe @IshanDJB 100,000 ECD extra, up until a limit of 700,000 ECD has been reached. If this occurs, @IshanDJB may file a complaint and claim the tool from @DopeIsotope .

4. Payments will be due approximately every seven days at 11:59 PM PST, and the following plan is to be followed:

Payment #2 -- $500,000 ECD -- March 20, 2023
Payment #3 -- $500,000 ECD -- March 27, 2023
Payment #4 -- $500,000 ECD -- April 3, 2023
Payment #5 -- $500,000 ECD -- April 10, 2023
Payment #6 -- $500,000 ECD -- April 17, 2023
Payment #7 -- $500,000 ECD -- April 24, 2023
Payment #8 -- $500,000 ECD -- May 1, 2023
Payment #9 -- $500,000 ECD -- May 8, 2023
Payment #10 -- $500,000 ECD -- May 15, 2023
Payment #11 -- $500,000 ECD -- May 22, 2023
Payment #12 -- $500,000 ECD -- May 29, 2023
Payment #13 -- $500,000 ECD -- June 5, 2023
Payment #14 -- $500,000 ECD -- June 12, 2023
Payment #15 -- $500,000 ECD -- June 19, 2023

5. In regards to ownership, @IshanDJB will retain ownership of the L1 Magic Rod (##LEXW2QDI), while @DopeIsotope pays off the rod. Once all payments have been made, @IshanDJB is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @DopeIsotope may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract.
