General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of a L1 Mythic Sword (#LJKTREZ2) and a mythic upgrade (due in 2.5 days at time of writing up contract) for 20M ECD payment plan, and the following magic tools upfront, along with a smaller payment

L3 Melon sword (#LDLOXJ5N)
L1 crossbow (#LHA7UUZR)
L1 pickaxe (#LJGQMH80)
L2 axe (#LGBT39RZ)
L3 hoe (#LEFKUNV2)

All tools are owned buy @roonac and there ownership will be transferred to @Mysticgoli123 upon the acceptance of contract

There also will be a separate payment of 1.3M ECD to be made within 24 hours of this contract being approved

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @Mysticgoli123 will give @roonac ownership of mythic sword within 24hrs upon the acceptance of this contract, and will create a labelled buy chest at /warp starsville for 10 payments of 2M ecd

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Keep up to date with payments to chest at /warp starsville, payments are as follows,

Payment 1 due date - 09/07/23
Payment 2 due date - 16/07/23
Payment 3 due date - 23/07/23
Payment 4 due date - 30/07/23
Payment 5 due date - 06/08/23
Payment 6 due date - 13/08/23
Payment 7 due date - 20/08/23
Payment 8 due date - 27/08/23
Payment 9 due date - 03/00/23
Payment 10 due date - 10/09/23

Early payments are accepted and encouraged

If @roonac is more then a week late on payment then the tool must be returned and the contract will be void and a complaint may be filed, UNLESS @roonac contacted me in advance, in which case he will be expected to catch up by paying 4M in the space of 1 week
