taddortot will /own the item until payments are complete

@isaacsbees is expected to make a total of 11.5 million ECD in payments at a chest shop at /warp taddortown2.

The chest shop will have (23) 500,000 payments in the form of stone bricks.

The expected timeline for payments are as follows:

5/19: 7 Payments made to the chest shop ($3,500,000)
5/26: 8 Payments (15 total) made to the chest shop ($4,000,000)
6/2: 8 Payments (23 total) made to the chest shop ($4,000,000)

Any missed payments for the week will result in an additional 100,000 per day owed up to 700,000 total.

@taddortot does reserve the right to file a report should any payments be late when hitting the 700,000 total without given sufficient notice.
