This contract involves @Ortella

Terms of the contract:
1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L3 Magic Rod (#LEGDM77W) for $7,400,000 ECD.

2. @Ortella is responsible for paying 7 weekly payments of 1 million ECD at /warp debt.

@IshanDJB is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @Ortella upon approval of the contract.

3. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @Ortella is required to pay an additional $100,000 per day late, up until late fees accrue to $700,000. In the event that this occurs, @IshanDJB may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract.

4. Payments will be due approximately every seven days at 11:59 PM PST, and the following plan is to be followed:

Payment #1 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- March 12, 2023
Payment #2 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- March 19, 2023
Payment #3 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- March 26, 2023
Payment #4 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- April 2, 2023
Payment #5 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- April 9, 2023
Payment #6 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- April 16, 2023
Payment #7 -- $1,000,000 ECD -- April 23, 2023


5. In regards to ownership, @IshanDJB will retain ownership of the L3 Magic Rod (#LEGDM77W), while @Ortella pays off the rod. Once all payments have been made, @IshanDJB is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the items not be transferred within such a time window, @Ortella may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract.
