@SunProphet will pay @Varahal 2 Million ECD and $100 USD Giftcard for the purchase of a Magic Hoe L1 (ID #KJDBU7VB).
Once @Varahdel has recieved payment of 2 Million ECD on the server, and has recieved a PM on forum of Giftcard#, I will then give @SunProphet the Magic Hoe L1
If Giftcard code provided does not work for any reason, @SunProphet will have to return Magic Hoe L1 (ID @KJDBU7VB) back to @Varahdel immediately

Hello @Varahdel a few changes need to be made before we can approve this contract.
First, your contract needs a timeframe, something like "Within 24 hours of this contracts approval, the magic hoe will be transferred to @SunProphet."
Second, this line here, "I will then give @SunProphet the Magic Hoe L1" it should be added that you will be transferring the /own to @SunProphet not just giving it to them.
Once these changes are made, this contract will be re-evaluated. -
