@ChineseOverlord will give Magic Hoe L3 (#KJTR66IP) to @techy88 within 24 hours of this contract being approved and @techy88 agrees to pay 53,000,000 ECD to @ChineseOverlord in payments of $9,000,000 starting on 09FEB2021, concluding within 6 weeks (42 days) with a final payment of $8,000,000 ECD.


@techy88 will pay in full $53,000,000 ECD to @ChineseOverlord by the 16th of March 2021.
When paid in full @ChineseOverlord will transfer the /own of the item to @techy88

@techy88 will make weekly payments of 9mil ECD to @ChineseOverlord by 12pm Tuesday EST via forum payments or in game transfers to be screenshot by both parties with amounts and dates

If the Magic Hoe L3 (#KJTR66IP) is broken, lost, or sold @techy88 is required to complete all remaining payments to @ChineseOverlord

If @techy88 misses 2 payments in a row @ChineseOverlord can contact an SA and re-claim the Magic Hoe L3 (#KJTR66IP). But @ChineseOverlord understands he cannot re-claim the tool under any other circumstance (other than default)

If @ChineseOverlord successfully reclaims the tool, @techy88 is not eligible to receive any refund of previous payments, and @ChineseOverlord will not file a complaint against @techy88
