Terms of the contract:
@KhronesGehrig will provide @Mysticgoli123 a Magic Melon Sword Level 1 (#LZ54TNDK) within 24 hours of contract approval in exchange for a total cost of $14,000,000.00 ECD.

@Mysticgoli123 will pay @KhronesGehrig $2 million ECD within 24 hours of contract approval.

The remaining balance of $12m will be paid by @Mysticgoli123 to @KhronesGehrig over no longer then 12 weeks, with the following payment schedule:

1 - $1m due Sunday August 4, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
2 - $1m due Sunday August 11, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
3 - $1m due Sunday August 18, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
4 - $1m due Sunday August 25, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
5 - $1m due Sunday September 1, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
6 - $1m due Sunday September 8, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
7 - $1m due Sunday September 15, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
8 - $1m due Sunday September 22, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
9 - $1m due Sunday September 29, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
10 - $1m due Sunday October 6, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
11 - $1m due Sunday October 13, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST
12 - $1m due Sunday October 20, 2024 by 11:59 PM EST

All payments will be made via a chestshop at /warp walmart. @Mysticgoli123 reserves the right to make any and all payments early if he wishes.

@KhronesGehrig will maintain the /own on the magic melon sword until final payment is made. @KhronesGehrig will transfer ownership to @Mysticgoli123 within 48 hours of final payment.

@KhronesGehrig reserves the right to file a user complaint and seek repossession assistance upon any late payment over a week unless formally agreed upon by both @KhronesGehrig and @Mysticgoli123. 50 Percent of prior payments will be considered forfeit to @KhronesGehrig if repossession is necessary.

If the Magic Melon Sword is broke or lost, then @Mysticgoli123 will be held to the terms of the contract and is expected to make payments as stated above in full.
