General Purpose of Contract:

The sale of @blgordon 's Melon Sword (#JZNN7CZD) to @Infinitychaos in exchange for 2,300,000 ECD

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @Infinitychaos will transfer 1,800,000 ECD to @blgordon Within 24 hours of this contract's approval, and 500,000 ECD within 7 days of the contract's approval.
  
• If @Infinitychaos fails to make payments that total 2,300,000 ECD by 8/30/19, Then 250,000 ECD in additional late fees will be transfered to @blgordon, and 7 additional days will be given to @Infinitychaos to make payments that total 2,550,000 ECD (1,800,000 ECD Upfront + 500,000 ECD Payment plan + 250,000 ECD late fees)
• Payment schedule below:

-Within 24 hours of contract approval: 1,800,000 ECD
-Week one: (8/30/19): 500,000 ECD
-Week two (9/6/19): 250,000 ECD (late fees)


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @blgordon will transfer ownership of Melon Sword (#JZNN7CZD) to @Infinitychaos once payments have been made that total 2,300,000 ECD.
  
• @blgordon will give @Infinitychaos access to melon sword (#JZNN7CZD) within 24 hours of this contract's approval.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
