General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of a Mythic Sword (#L0D2A61N) for a total of $20 million ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @dred73 will give @Xdutchless the mythic sword along with ownership upon his agreement and approval of this contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Xdutchless will pay @dred73 10,000,000 ECD upon approval of this contract in game.

@Xdutchless will have until October 11th, 2022 to pay the remaining $10 million ECD using a chest shop located at /Warp Everything
If @Xdutchless fails to complete the payment by said due date @dred73 reserves the right to excercise one of the two possible options listed below.
Option 1: the mythic sword must be returned and /owned back to @dred73.
Option 2 @Xdutchless can keep Mythic Sword but Interest will acrue at 10% per week of whatever the balance is owed for a maximum of 4 weeks until balance is paid.


If payment is not completed in full by 11:59 PM EST on the original due date or completed in full by the 1 month extension with interest due date, the contract will be considered violated, and a complaint may be filed.
