Contract Purpose - This contract serves to initiate the legal transfer of the town Redstone from @Pixel75 to @KhronesGehrig. Within 24 hours of this contract's approval @Pixel75 will relinquish all ownership and claim of redstone to @KhronesGehrig

@KhronesGehrig will make a payment of $20,000,000.00 to @Pixel75 for the town of redstone and may be apply for a town transfer application after approval of the contract and payment to @Pixel75
