• @TJanicki will transfer 9,000,000 ECD to @techy88 within 24 hours of the contract's approval.

• I will give @TJanicki ownership of spawntown #1(Wonder) within 24 hours of this contract's approval and after I receive payment.

• I will add @TJanicki as a region owner of my Wonder(linked above) within 24 hours of receiving the payment.

• I will permanently lose ownership immediately after adding the new owner; @TJanicki will become the new owner. *edit @TJanicki can file a townsfer application once the town payment has been made, the fee for the transfer application is the responsibility of @TJanicki separately from the purchase of the town.
