I will permanently lose both owner and member status of the "all" town immediately after adding the new owner; @black_kkha will become the new owner. This contract will be used as evidence for a town transfer application. 175.000 ecd is the payment to you, 150.000 ecd is the transfer fee i pay directly. Payment if 175.000 will be done when town transfer application is accepted after approval of this contract Please update this before i accept.
