    Not sure what price but I will take offers and compare. I am open to exchange for another town that is similar as well either for the full price (like a trade), or just a part of the entire price.

    Basically my town is inactive, and nobody gets on that lives there any more so I'm selling it.

    It has a mall, a decent sized town farm, mayor plots, an island, a spawning room, and is completely flattened out with streets and plots laid out.

    Town is called Bayview.
