Thinking about selling my mayor town of /warp ballville. The town is built some what but is still plenty of from to improve or add plots/ buildings. Not 100% sure if imma sell it or not so send me some offers on it and ill think about it. It already has a shop building built, a couple apartment rooms, some plots, and a couple prebuilts. I am in the process of evicting players who have been inactive for more than a month so plots and building can be open to sell to players. P.S. Whoever buys the town I still want to be a member/owner but wont be affiliated with how it is ran. Just want to be added due to my storage room being their and my friends farm town is right next to it.

I'm not saying your town isn't nice, incase you might think that. Just saying people don't pay much for towns at the moment.
