Execute the one line sg command to enable arena 2.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Takes like 30 seconds to do and adds another prebuilt sg arena.​

Other information:

Even if we won’t get the promised new map, no reason to get rid of the old one.​
