Reduce the waiting time for SG 2 start​

What are you suggesting:

Reducing or removing the 1 minute waiting time once there are enough players to start a Sg match​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Sg doesn’t have a lot of players, especially not on off peak times. It can be kinda hard to get 5 players to start a match. And íf we have them, we need to wait another minute before we actually start.
That can be kinda annoying if you just wanna play a few games of Sg​
