meh... teams will always be a thing whether we like it or not. Yes, they're very annoying and cause a lot of players in SG to stop playing (including myself), but sadly teams will always be a thing. What you are suggesting wouldn't be a step in the right direction.
Seems like a cross between the Team Skywars approach and SG. Not a half bad idea. But...tbh I'd rather see a completely different team-based minigame like Capture the Flag, Eggwars, or the like rather than a team SG. Why? Because, in reality, SG already has this by the cliques and clans that have formed - no need to code something that's already happening amongst users anyway.
Possible situation in a team-free SG: Player A is recording the game. Player B sees that Player C is chasing Player A. Player B decides to ambush Player A, who is then killed by Player B. Player B runs away from Player C and thus avoids being killed. Player A uses his recording of the game to accuse Player B and C of teaming and files a complaint. Player B and C are banned for teaming in a no-team SG although they didn't team. Banning "teaming" is simply not enforceable.
I think this is an idea... PLAYER A - B - C entered in a sg game PLAYER A and C teams If PLAYER A and C are near they will get a warn and they will hit the player every 10 seconds so (each other) This is for other players like PLAYER B But now you are saying (Kasert but if they stay away from them? Stupid Idea!) Ah-ah! Not so fast. They will go to kill a player if player A is in panic so player B will hit player A (I know it is stupid but why not try it?) @314 Is this possible?
So 3 Players in a sg round 2 of them do a team They stay near each other Everytime there is a player near you, you auto-hit him every 10 seconds But now I now that you will say the question "If they don't stay each other near they will not get damaged" They will get damage because if they need kill a player 1 player of the team is in panic (is dying) the other guy of the other team is going to hit him/her etc... @314 ;P
Okay, I still don't understand the part about what happens when the players are not near each other and are thus unable to damage each other automatically.
So Like I said before, people auto-hit others if they are near every 10 seconds... but if a team very smart stay away each other they can't auto-hit theirselves so... there is no problem... they will help their friend kill another guy so the friends kill each other because are near
I still have no idea how this would affect teaming. Players would stay ~10 blocks away from each other, then attack their opponents from two sides. If they are too close to each other, they will also hit their opponent in the middle. To be honest, I see absolutely no benefit from this idea.
