[Skyblock] Cannot use lwc to make chests public on island

    Brief Description:
    trying to make a chest public with /cpublic

    Instructions:
    1. have chest access disabled on your island
    2. place a chest
    3. use /cpublic on the chest
    4. have a non island member try to access it

    How many times did you recreate this?:
    numerous times

    Result:
    non island member still cant access the chest

    Expected Result:
    non island member being able to access the chest

    IMO that looks like intended behavior. It works just like public chests in main server towns with an interact:deny flag.

    Here's how I see it:
    The purpose of cpublic isn't to override other plugins, but to serve as protection from troll locks. If you want publicly accessible chests on your island, you'll have to allow chest access and /lock all private chests because the only thing cpublic is supposed to do is to prevent other people from locking it.

    This is intended behaviour.
