Updating skyblock​

What are you suggesting:

I'm suggesting for the skyblock server to be updated from 1.12 to 1.13 or higher (pardon me if there's a reason this wasn't done earlier)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Not a lot of people play skyblock but I think that 1.13/ 1.14 have a lot of features that could be useful to a player while playing sb, for instance building a mob spawner could be more efficient with better results with turtle eggs (1.13) or composters to make access to bonemeal easier since its a very important and useful resource to have in skyblock (or even main for that matter). These are just a few of the major advantages of updating the server​
