Upgrade Skyblock plugin to BentoBox​

What are you suggesting:

I'm suggesting that the skyblock plugin be upgraded to the BentoBox plugin. This should allow skyblock to be updated to new Minecraft versions, as well as to give the option of a few other skyblock type gamemodes should Andrew be interested in them.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Skyblock has been stuck in 1.12 for years, and with the upgrade to BentoBox Skyblock should, at the very least, be able to updated to 1.16.​

There is a video on the page that shows how to upgrade from ASkyBlock (if that's the one we use here currently) to BentoBox.​
