Solution to Original Owner's Locks Problem

I haven't really read through the thread much, but yes, I very much agree with this. I have never un into this problem, not sure if someone else has already said this, but I still think that if this happens, the GameAdmins+ who removes the locks should at least get forum mail/in-game mail.
