I am personally thankful for all of our staff - past included - for sharing their time and effort to help provide us a fun place to play minecraft as a community. This does not mean every one of them have been perfect, or have made the right choice every time.
It also needs to be considered that Andrew chooses our staff and I am confident that he knows the needs of this server much better than any of us - as he has proven over and over again for many years.
Sometimes it is better to support these players than expressing our doubts about how they will perform. I have had my doubts before as well and have been proven very wrong on some myself - I just never expressed my doubts thankfully

I'm confused.

There's ten server admins yet only one of them (Nicit6) went from SA to SA+. Wouldn't that mean that the chance of turning from a ServerAdmin to ServerAdmin+ would be 10%?

 

Phys had been a ServerAdmin+, so it would actually be a 20%.

 

She went from GA to SA+ though.

 

She went from ServerAdmin to ServerAdmin+ back in August of 2014 if I remember that date correctly. However, I know for fact that she was a ServerAdmin to ServerAdmin+.

 

Why does the thread say differently though? I guess I'll tag @Physicistsmom to see what happened.

 

I don't know why, but it should be updated to reflect that.

She went from GA to SA+ - I'm currently the only person to have gone from SA to SA+.

She was never just an SA in 2014. This is her first time as SA.
