Does this have to be a public announcement on a thread for staff leaving the team? Like can’t you just remove him and /mail him?
As another option, you could post that kind of info in the following thread, that way everything (agreements and who is added to or removed from what) is all in one place to reference if you ever need to. Alternatively (assuming you trust all the current staff that is) you could just add the staff groups to the chest (mod, smod, etc). That's what Oreo and I did when we were maintaining a GA+ set (which is probably still at my home "ga" and any current GA+ should feel free to use)
