If we have medals for EcoLeader+, why not one for staff. Plus it is much easier to know who used to be staff or not Other Information: Maybe separate ones for Mod, SuperMod, etc. If not, just a general staff medal is good enough
I made a suggestion similar to this a while back: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/suggestion-retired-staff-banner.155969 The resounding answer in that thread was that by adding a banner (or medal in this case) negatively incentivizes potential staff candidates. I stand with this view. -1

People applying for staff just for the medal. However... I don't see that as a problem if there was only one medal awarded for being on staff, and not one for each rank of staff. The suggestion that @goblizz posted asked for a "Retired Staff" banner next to the name of players who were staff at one point in their ECC career. I think adding a banner for that is too much, but one medal for serving time on the team is something that would be cool to see.
+/-1 I feel that If this is added, there would have to be a good bit of criteria to go with it: time spent on staff, how well they did, how they acted while staff, etc. That way, even if it was added, there is absolutely no guarantee you would get it. While it doesn't fit with your idea, I feel most previous staff would qualify.
