General Purpose of Contract:
@sleeper59 will be renting out his Melon Sword to @GolD45 for 3-days starting within 30 minutes after this contract is approved.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @sleeper59 agree to hand over my Melon Sword (Item ID: JUETIUB6W) to @GolD45 to use for a full 72 hours, starting within 30 minutes after this contract is approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@GolD45 agrees to pay @sleeper59 75k within 30 minutes after the approval of this contract. @GolD45 will be returning the Melon sword 72 hours after the approval of this contract to the chest located at /warp Lakewood.

A late fee of 50k/day will be implemented for up to 2 weeks if the melon sword is not returned 48 hours after the approval of this contract. Then a complaint will be filed.

If lost/broken @GolD45 will pay @sleeper59 a total of 1.7M-or-purchase another melon sword to replace it

If @GolD45 chooses to pay of the melon sword (1.7M) there will be 212.5k/per week paid to @sleeper59 for 8 weeks.

@GolD45 will leave the star tool in the star chest at /warp lakewood when he/she is not using the tool. At no point in time is the tool ever to enter a chest other than the chest located at /warp lakewood.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
