Suggestion:
That users are able to ask staff in pm's about why a user was banned. This does not mean the staff should tell them specifically what they did, just say the general reason like "loan scamming" or "troll."
Reason:
I think it would be a good addition just so like if you have an ECC friend that gets banned, you at least know what happened to them
Other Information:
I understand that this could potentially cause problems in chats with users saying they should be unbanned or whatnot, this is why I suggested pm. I think that it would do no harm for users to at least know the reason of someone's ban, seeing as how not all are on forums.
