    Suggestion: To change the caps filter from three characters to five.

    Reason: It drives my OCD crazy when I type "Why?", and it goes to "why?". Just a pet peeve of mine.

    Shouldn't the system revolve around # of total capital letters instead of total characters?

    That would make more sense to me, I thought that's the way it was.
