Look at the 4 SGs on top, some of them put users at an extreme disadvantage NOT everybody... hint hint... giant obsidian/cobweb thing Plus, in the chernobyl map, there is a random patch of elevated dirt getting in the way which puts you at a slight disadvantage. The start should be fair for all.
