Minecraft Name: priMELval Suggestion: The ability to apply to have the biome of your town changed (and therefore the colour of grass/leaves) Reason: It can be hard to find the right biome with the right colours you want for your town. Although there may be a new map added, many players already have towns in the mainworld. BiomeEdit would be good if you want the grass or leaves to be a different colour. And a single biome for a town will eliminate those annoying transitions in biome colours. For example, my town would look a lot better if it was in a desert than in an ocean/swamp. Any Other Information: You could apply for a biome change on the forums. Maybe make it expensive (100k+) or a donation feature ($15 per town) so there are less applications? Link To This Plugin: (This feature is apparently built into worldedit anyway) http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/biomeedit/ I don't think this will affect any structures/terrain, only colours (and spawning which is disabled anyway) I understand that this may be a difficult thing to do and therefore it is likely that it will not be implemented. Oh, cool! Must be in a newer version than when the plugin was made? I assume it also has the ability to select towns to modify the biomes?
I think that all it involves is choosing a region or town and assigning it a new biome value. Not actually placing/removing any blocks or items. It may still cause a lot of lag though...
