Or we could just make voting rewards better we use to get spawn eggs and other stuff now its crap not as many people vote now.

It would be better to add daily login rewards so people log into the server and get there rewards, not praising RNGesus and trying to get that "VERY LUCKY!!!" +1 Nether star, i would rather give the loyal players who play good stuff than to give them Nether stars that are basically worth nothing to them.

 

Voting rewards helps the server get more players because people vote we use to get spawn eggs and other stuff from voting they changed it so not may people vote now. So i am saying make it how it use to be with spawn eggs ect and voting right now is not worthless nstars are $500 each you just have to stop being lazy and actually go to a shop and sell them.

No, you want 2 systems but you tried to 1up me with your fun post here, unlike you we want new players to be attracted, no human likes to work, but if we give rewards for that work they will accept it, so when new player get attracted to the server they login every day for a reward, this DOES help the server by keeping its playerbase alive by giving them daily rewards, as you said "voting reawrds suck"

The flaw I could see is alt accounts, and 5 second logins.

 

who would pay 23 Dollars for a new MC account to get a virtual currency thats worth almost nothing?

 

lol yea as freddy said you can get accounts for nothing or really cheap getting a alt is extremely easy now in days.

 

People might use alt accounts, but they cant interact with their main account (server rules). So they cant really transfer the item between the accounts. To make an on the edge example: people can use pvp hax in sg, and earn a lot of money. Still, this doesn't imply we should remove sg since people can take advantage.People can vote for both main and alt account etc.

5 seconds login is true, especially for alts I would assume. But when it comes to non-alt accounts, if they log in for 5 seconds it means they took the energy to login to the server to get a reward. If they are updated on the latest features, updates etc. on ECC I would say it's highly likely they probably will play again at some point, if not they don't have any use for the cash. It's a reason that most/all the addictive mobile games have daily rewards, it keeps you coming back.

 

Same logic applies to voting though - I've seen it done.

Honestly you can't let the fact some people might abuse something completely rule it out - and if we are gonna do that we may as well just turn fish crops and ores to $0 since some people may autofish, autofarm, and x-ray.
