The reason why Andrew hasn't added any $5 features is because they're too cost prohibitive once you factor in Paypal's cut. If you want donor features, just donate for multihome. You'll actually get a good bit of use out of it anyway.
It means the cost is too high. Anyway, just make money in-game and buy a cheap $15 feature for $75-90k
It means that there isn't any money left for Andrew after PayPal takes its cut, or not enough to be worth Andrew's time.
