Suggestion:
I am suggesting that you take out the "Thread Title:" part, there is really no use for it and it gets confusing, I am only suggesting you edit that thread and take it out,
Reason:
Like I said its confusing and also there is no reason for it, it would take 2 mins work to fix it and it would make the suggestions look better
Other Information:
This is very small and not really nessisery but it wouldn't take that long to fix and it would make it look better just saying

1. Click the edit button on the thread where you find the application
2. Take out "Thread title"
3. Click the save button
