Actually, I'm pretty sure you are able to make cooked fish yourself. Find a furnace, put in a stick/a raw fish, and it will cook it. I have only heard this though, and haven't tried it out myself. It is supposed to work with all raw items.

 

I swear I've seen cooked fish before...
