How is it selfish? Why should we be caring who makes an extra buck or not? Literally nobody is getting hurt.
It shows that you you can still do a fair amount while being banned, which I as well as many others, disagree with. You can sports book, stocks, etc. being banned shouldn't result in making $. Being banned on other servers cuts you off from the server, until you appeal of course. I haven't been banned in a while (shockingly) so many people who have not been banned for an extended period time agree, as they see banned users succeeding. Another note is banned users who were banned for scamming, sports booking their $. How is that fair again?
And why should we be caring what a banned user is doing? As long as it's not causing any problem with users, I could care less. Also, in response to your statement "being banned cuts you off the server", then by that logic, why don't we just completely cut off banned users from every ECC service and just have them appeal to [email protected]? Making a entirely different forum plugin that somehow tells if a user is banned or not is a complete waste of time that we shouldn't be doing.

I do think that banned players shouldn't be able to make money - not arguing against that. But I do think that a plugin like that would be impossible or take a long time.
If it's possible, add it. If they can be blocked form the shout box, why not block them from sports book/stock trader? Seems like we already have the plugin.
People aren't banned automatically from the shoutbox. We can ban them manually for behavior issues etc but we don't ban people in the shoutbox just because they're banned in game.
A solution i found is that we could make an application for this Say i want to give the lovely sick24 $50000 Ecd, I could file an application to have that transferred over. There could be limitations set over on it, based on either us are banned, show that we are alt accounts, etc
Of course it's possible to remove access - and code in an easy way to do it. United's point is that it's not worth the resources to develop it. Banning from the shoutbox is part of the shoutbox - not custom for us.
I like this idea, so long as inactive users can get money without them having to consent to getting it.

Anyways, I'll say it again, as you've seemed to miss my point for now the 2nd time; I didn't even mention the shout of other than its the same plugin to ban from the sports book from, I'm really confused as to why your brining shout box bans with in game bans into this, as no one brought it up, or at least I didn't, and you are directing your remarks at me.
I think we're both misunderstand each others points a bit. Here's what I think you're conveying: We can ban people from the shoutbox, so the same plugin should be able to do this for sportsbook/stock trader, and we should use this to ban players from these when they are banned in game. What I'm trying to say: It's not the same, so it wouldn't work.
And it doesn't affect you either. Nor does it affect anyone else than banned users. And I've almost rarely ever seen a banned player using sportsbook. If it litterally affects absolutely no one except for the banned user, why should we be caring? Sure, it'd be nice to ban these users from using the sportsbook and such, but it's just not worth it for the amount of resources and time such a plugin will take to develop.
@UnitedStates2002 has some very good points that no one has addressed. All you have done is basically in essence flame him and dismiss his points without any good reason. How will it affect others? It wont. If they were banned from scamming and they sportsbook the money, how will that affect the person who was scammed? It wouldn't, because the money would just be wiped anyway. And if they filed an appeal, they would still have to pay it back. And to add on to this point, don't you think that having the scammer make money while they are banned help them repay thier debt. Interesting concept isn't it? It is not worth the time to develop this because it basically affects no one but the banned user.
