While I'm fairly certain this could be added it's important to remember the old lottery leaderboard was not official and was nothing more than a bot that watched chat for the message "Congratulations to So-And-So for winning $TooMuch with TooMany tickets!" and worked from there. If it were to be added server side it would need to be added to the plugin, and as it's not ECC Specific and honestly not a large priority, I doubt whether KH could/would find time to do so.

 

I agree with your last statement about priority which is why I responded in my posts above explaining why this would just be fun but not needed. As for the plug I'll look around and if I find anything I'll post it here again.
