[Suggestion] Lower the Rent on Spawnshops, 4th Row and Up

    Main reason i never get a shop is because they layout 100% sucks every time i tried to rent one i lost money because no one goes to to the shops in the middle or the back also shops are not in order and hard to find I think the price is fine just need to re design the whole thing. This is the only way to fix it.

    I was thinking the same thing honestly, however for this to work we would need to remove a few shops in order to make the shops currently there have more business as they have been estimated to make 25-50k a week (first row), and that is if you sink multiple hours into the shop.

    Waiting for a big time consuming fix to fail before trying a small quick fix doesn't really make much sense.

    If a restructure of spawn shops increase interest of people wanting to own shops, then people won't mind paying the current prices.
    I also see no point of changing the rules which don't necessarily have to change if you actually fixed the major issue instead of just plugging the gap so to speak.
    Fix the major issue, no need to to jump around it.
