[Suggestion] New forum banner

@SuburbSomeone I fixed the issues, and I'm pretty happy with this tbh. I don't think it's near the quality that other users can bring to the table, but I'm happy with it

I wouldn't really want SAs added as they're temporary, but Phys used to be server owner so I thought it to be appropriate to have her on it.

+1, this needs to be done. I literally want to punt the mooshroom, shove the horse over a waterfall and "accidentally" step on the chick. Not to mention that the light from the emerald is cut off, which triggers my slight OCD.
