    /ptime is already available with the ExtCommands feature.
    You can use this tutorial if you're having trouble seeing when it's dark out.

    This is already part of a donation feature (ext commands I believe) So that will be the only way you can get it, as I doubt that it would be made so it's free for everyone to use.
