[Suggestion] SG World Cup

You know what happened last time? People made little teams to get their advantages. 3 people with all kits imaginable wrecking everyone in a game. You can maybe take down 1 of them, but can you take down 3 of them?

SG is NOT FUN FOR THOSE WITHOUT KITS.

Why do you think there's less SG players than last year? Why do you think there's so much hate on kits? why do you think new players rage and call people with kits hackers or unfair?

Do you honestly believe SG is fun for the majority of the people? IT'S NOT. Kits ruined that. The only people who have fun are those loaded with kits. And that's by far the minority.

So excuse me for wanting TWO DAYS WITHOUT ANY KITS. And after that the kit users can go back to their normal ways of wailing on people without kits and rolling in money made by scaring builders away from the server.

 

That is subjective. Who are you to determine whether or not someone is having fun?

I'm determining it based on the responses I see on kits, the rage. What are you basing it on?

 

Is it possible to make some sort of weighting system? Meaning non kit kills would be worth more than kit kills.

 

Note how it is big kit users fighting for the ability to have Kits. Sometimes I play at without my kits just for the great experience

I have kits, but I wish I didn't. I mean I only use them to keep up with the competition that is. Last survival bowl was a bust. No need to call names, but the number 1 player just had all his team mates with kits fend off the other kitters and just destroy the game. That my friends is not fun. This is minecraft, a video game. It is not meant for intense strategy. Yes sg does take strategy, but to team up with different people and for those people to let you kill them on purpose??? That is not skill. In a event we are looking for skill.

+1 No kits will make it more fair and fun! and yeah It's an Event, it has exceptions, unlike the normal SG....
and one or two days without kits won't effect the income, unless if Bill Gates wanted to buy kits for the event and you disallowed them.

 

I think now would be the time to bump the ol' nerf buffer thread

 

+1 SG is now dependent on how much money you have in-game or in real life. A one hit kill while you can't even see your opponent is frustrating, and nearly impossible to take down.

 

Agree with this because then it will truely be a test of skill.
