Minecraft Name: stin23 Suggestion: A separate lotto from main lotto where players can only buy 1-2 tickets to make it a smaller payout but give lower bal players a shot at lotto. Poor people shouldn't be playing lotto anyway. Really nobody should, but they do. Lotto is, and always will be, for the rich.
The lotto is meant for the rich, and will always stay that way. Also, if you can't afford to lose, don't play. also, out of 15365 lotteries there are 2382 1 ticket wins where the user didn't lose money (so bwinning 850 isn't counted) so 2 in 13 lottos are 1 ticket wins. if you keep playing 1 ticket you will win eventually. I still advice against that, though. You'll lose more money than you might think. anyway, my point is that lottos limited to 1 ticket aren't needed.
Never will happen. The lottery is a game of chance and andrew if I'm not mistaken has declined numerous suggestions similar to this.
Why play the 'small lotto' when I could purchase a ticket for the 'big lotto' for the same price. I'd much rather win the larger amount of money. Plus if I were to buy 1 ticket for the small lotto, then 59 other people bought a ticket... I'd still have the same chance of winning as me buying 1 ticket and one person buying 59 tickets... If you want another lotto system make it where it draws every week and you can only buy 1 ticket a hour or something (basically so you have to be online to play). Have this in addition to the one we currently have, idk
