    Suggestion:
/socialspy command (for only staff's use)
    Reason:
The reason why /socialspy is suggested by me is that there are chances that there will be something awry going on in /msg or /pm, not only that, but also for the "Bans and Complaints" section not to be cluttered with /pm-, /msg- or /mail-related issues such as harassment, blackmail, cyberbully, death threats, spam, etc.
    Other Information:
This is accessible only for staffs (moderators, admins, and developers (if necessary) only when deemed necessary in case of chat-related offences stated above.

PMs are private. People can say whatever they want, granted the other party doesn't mind. If they do mind, a complaint is in mind.

Socialspy is just a gross invasion of privacy aside from that. (Also you have no idea how many people are PMing at any point in time. It would fill up chat so hard)
