I agree with this thread. But i dont know if it's needed. For some reason people are just getting promoted to mod+ without seemingly applying. Is there something I missed? I was away a while.
The moderators were needed, and were chosen based on a number of difficult criteria. The staff team didn't just pick names out a hat and call it a day. And as always, if you would like, you can send a complaint against a certain staff member to Revan.
I think that users should give an explanation but I do not think that it should be a requirement. They should be able to do as they please. +/-1
.-. I'm not complaining? Why would I? The server knows what it's doing I never said I disagreed with it X) I just said the way staff was picked has changed. I also never said it was random /: obviously the server picked specific players for a reason. Judging by your assumption I disagreed with a staff member I assume that this new method has brought along discord? I personally think no apps are better. I'm sorry to hear some staff aren't accepted. Players should learn to trust the server ^~^ BTW congrats on mod!

I apologize for being too quick to jump to a conclusion, I understand what you are in fact trying to say. Tough day you know, lots of people being mean, the normal stuff. Sorry that I reacted the way I did.

I think this should probably be left open for the person giving the rating whether or not they want to provide a reason. With some people they could troll or be rude all the time, but saying "-1. You're rude" will only result in a flame (trust me, I've learned this the hard way).
