    What about obviously-trolling non-builders? Why would this rule apply to just builders?

    I don't see why I shouldn't expect this out everyone.

    I'm locking this and will be keeping an eye on situations. If it's necessary that stricter anti-rage/trolling guidelines are put in place then they will affect everyone.
