-1 It's part of 1.10.2 pvp, it shouldn't be removed and if you wanted to kill them you can get one yourself and fly to that specific location. Or as @JamieSinn says kill them before they can do this, simple as that and I've experience this many times but really don't care enough to do anything about it.
